f one is to closely follow the latest headlines on ISIS, it would come as no surprise that most of them have a common denominator best described by the vague and pompous “we’ve told you that Islam is dangerous, can you see it now?”. Ultimately, the Western media have been actively promoting this “global threat”-like image of Islam for many years, ignoring any possible midtones, which quite possibly planted a socio-economic timebomb in Europe and already led to a number of slow-stirring religious conflicts within its’ borders.
Radical Islam and ISIS are rarely viewed as a threat to the existence of Islam itself, which they essentially are, and the European public seems to simply wish for “these terrorists to be bombed down to hell”.
