Putin, Lukashenko and Nazarbaev In Discussions Over Ukraine

According to the statement released by the Kremlin Press Service on August 13, 2014, presidents Putin, Lukashenko (Belarus) and Nazarbaev (Kazakhstan) discussed possible peaceful settlement of the crisis in Ukraine over the phone earlier today.

“They also exchanged views on the possible formats of international efforts to promote the early peaceful settlement of political crisis in Ukraine. <…> The heads of states agreed to continue the discussions,” the statement says.
